OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
The Operations Executive must be dedicated to the Company’s growth, our security personnel, and most importantly our clients. The Operation Executive must be committed to and do what it takes to provide the clients with top quality security services. The position must also build, improve, and maintain effective professional relationships with both clients and security personnel.
The duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Take a proactive role in communicating with the clients and meeting their needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and initiating proactive corrective action when necessary. Ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Reconcile security logs against shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to client and coordinate preliminary investigations. Delegate to the Field Supervisor to make sure each site is functional as required by the clients’ expectations and the Company’s standards.
• Overall in charge of the day to day operations and may have to assist in the deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites when needed.
• Work closely and co-ordinate with each site to do the manpower forecast, planning for relief security personnel to be on site when necessary.
• Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organization.
• Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure constant improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
• Ensure all incidents and accident reports are completed as per SOPs.
• Ensure that the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed at all times.
• Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure Security Personnel are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis.
• Attend monthly site meeting and contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit monthly report to management.
• Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor all security personnel through formal channels.
• Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.
• Ensure that the appropriate level of training is provided for all security personnel on disasters; fire and bomb procedures; use of technical equipment and routine security duties.
• Ensure that knowledge is tested several times per year.
• Maintain the security team training plans up to date for all security staff and to test their knowledge of procedures regularly.
Requirement:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• MUST have a valid driving license
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and possesses good attitude
• A team player and must be able to work independently
